On behalf of the three councils that participated in today’s workshop thank you for the engaging, high energy you bought to the room. I’ve received nothing but positive feedback from both the experienced and new team members who were in the session and everyone came away with new information and tools.

With over two decades of experience Tracey is a well regarded General Practice veterinarian, and one of Australia’s premier subject matter experts in animal behaviour. She was the first South Australian to become a member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Veterinary Behaviour.
A fun, outgoing and extremely knowledgable educator Tracey currently runs programs for councils across Australia, as well as corporate and community organisations.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT This training
Tracey delivered the content in a clear, structured, and professional manner, addressing both the practical and strategic aspects of animal management. The training equipped our staff with essential tools and knowledge that are directly applicable to their roles and tailored to our specific needs.
The session was both informative and engaging, leaving our team feeling more confident in handling the challenges associated with animal collection. Tracey’s dedication to up-skilling our staff made a significant difference and we highly recommend this training to other Councils seeking to enhance their animal management practices.
My team and I really enjoyed today’s workshop and have come away with so much more information about reading a dog’s body language in a way that will help us avoid stress for the animals and keep us safe.
After today’s workshop I have a new appreciation for how many dogs in our community are suffering from a mental health condition. I feel so much more confident to be able to have these conversations with my team and animal owners in our community.
